it seems to be another experience that started with a great idea but ends as a flop. since my skymail became eZone rates went up and service went far below sealevel. I think I share this experience with many other people and I am not happy with it. they promise to ship within 5 working days from Miami to Bonaire. they aren't even able from Curacao to here in that time. No, I have to pay a lot of money for no service. maybe when al users officially complain we can get something done.

I gave up on SkyMail before they even became eZone. They charged me $35 extra by accident (instead of just $5 for a small part) and never did anything to correct the charges. American Express credited me the overcharge, fortunately.

I fully agree with Robbie..The fault lies with DAE, the airline that claims to have shipped it even though it still sits on the loading dock at the airport in Curacao...However, since so many of us called today, it will be in Bonaire Wed AM or so I have been told.
