Here's another food one. I know this has been discussed before, but it would be helpful for me to have an updated list.
What day and where is best for milk? baked goods? fruit? different types of fruit? Am especially interested in what the freshest fruits and vegetables on the island are and where I can find them. Also fish. Cheese? When is the supply renewed at the little fruit stand on the waterfront? Any other even seemingly meaningless detail that you can add, please do.
Thanks again.

Marji, post these questions in DINNING as well. More likely to get better answers.

Containers (products from Europe and the US)are coming in Thurday afternoon/evening and by Friday afternoon most of the goods are on the shelfs. The fruitboats from Venezuela (tomatoes, cucumber, green peppers, papaya, melon, pineapple and more) are coming Tuesdays early morning, delivered to the shops during the morning and in the shops by Tuesday afternoon.
More for Less gets products from Equador, but I do not remember which day .....

I love going to Cultimar and getting fresh pastries in the morning from the bakery.
They open at 8 and have fruit turnovers and other pastries like that freshly made along with many different kinds of breads, rolls & corssants.
They have these gouda cheese, ham and cheese, chicken or meat stuffed fried pastries(forget the name) that are fresh and delicious too.
Some times you can get them at the market next to Lover's ice cream or at Yokes. They are fresh and are sold out right away.Have to get them early.

Warehouse Bonaire gets its Dutch container on Wednesdays ... important to know if you want to buy a magazine. It amazes me that they buy just enough to completely sell out of everything but "Panorama" in one day.
