I need to contact someone at the Bonaire Marine Park headquarters, concerning permission for research on the island.

I have been through this process before (last January) and I corresponded with Ramon de Leon by emailing marinepark@bmp.org, which is still the active link on the www.bmp.org site. I've emailed this address but it keeps getting returned - "failed recipient".

I also sent a email to info@stinapa.org but I haven't gotten a reply after waiting for several days.

If anyone knows how to contact Ramon, or whoever else at the marine park , please send me an email address!
