My husband and I are planning to move to Bonaire this summer. A reliable high-speed internet connection is critical to his business.
What kind of internet connections are available and what are your experiences (good and bad) with them? Are there any residential parts of the island where you are unable to get a high-speed internet connection?

This topic was discussed in, I believe, December. The discussion was so complete there's no point in repeating it. Jake is the expert, and he provided good advice there.
Check under Local and under Everything Else Bonaire or do a key word search.

Tish is right but to add my personal view.
The two main IPs on the island are Flamingo & Telbo.
Flamingo in my experience during the year I used it was very unreliable with breaks in service being a regular occurence.
I am now using TELBO ADSL which is a broadband service which offers unlimited use for 105nafs a month. It would be pushing it a little to describe it a high speed, it is about twice as fast as a dial up. Up to now (only a few weeks in)it has proved more reliable than Flamingo.
