Jake, you mentioned no wind lately and a S direction? What is up today? For a few days all the weather reports for Bonaire on Yahoo and Meteo and all the others have been down. Thank God my weather addiction has been fullfilled with the cam weather. It seems windy today with the E winds again but also looks like the nights are cool?

Today we have reasonably normal winds from the east again, and yes, yesterday evening was cool.

I also just figured out today why our record highs & lows appeared to be future forecasts (dates in the future) in times past.

Big waves today though!

Jake forgive me for dwelling on the wind but typically your meter reads much lighter than the wind over at Lac Bay for obvious reasons. So, it is reading rather high today..10-12 on avg. Does that mean it is nuking over at Lac Bay?

Also, do you surf? I betcha there are quite a few over at Baby Beach and Playa Grande today..

No idea what the conditions at Lac are like - sorry. And no, I'm not a surfer - I can barely maintain my balance on dry land, nevermind a boards wobbling in the water! :-) (actually, I've never tried real surfing, but my attempts at using a wind surfer at a Club Med back about 14 years ago were not encouraging).

I'd expect that you're right about Lac having stronger winds today.
