We are considering taking Air Aruba from Baltimore. Does anyone have any thoughts?

You will have to stop in Aruba, go to Curacao, wait a while, then on to Bonaire. Check Air Jamaica Vacations for a gateway city.

As I understand from the papers and other visitors to Bonaire, Air Aruba is having its own share of difficulties. If you can fly out of BWI, seriously consider Air Jamaica on Saturdays, or shortly (as of October), on Wednesdays to Bonaire with a quick change of planes in Montego Bay.

We fly Air Jamaica out of BWI and it's great. Leave about 8:30 am and you're in Bonaire by 2:30 pm. Service is great. The easiest way is to book it on Expedia.com

Thanks for the information. I have used Epedia.com several times and have had excellent results.

We flew to Bonaire this past Wednesday. I noticed in the flight schedules the plane which American flies to Curacao originates at BWI, then stops in Miami before continuing to Curacao. You'd still need to follow that with an ALM hop over to Bonaire.
