Some rental agencies are telling me that the CDW insurance is mandatory and some are telling me it is optional.

Any suggestions to find out which one is correct??

Call your credit card company-last time I checked, fall of 99-there was no company that covered your CDW OUTSIDE the US. If I'm wrong, somebody let me know!
