we flew from curacao to bonaire...75 us dollars i think...several ALM flights per day...a local ($5) departure fare...

Caracas flight tend to be expensive and sporadic. Check www.airalm.com for schedules, etc. They do take the better part of the day as well to get form there to here on Bonaire.

Who did you make your reservation through? The best price I can find is $100 RT.

There has been a number of unannounced increases lately. Your cheapest and most reliable way is a through ticket or add on with the primary carrier. I strongly suggest using a travel agent or one of the dive wholesalers on this web site!

we purchased our ticket at the airport in curacao...just walked in and bought a ticket (june 2000) from the ticket window...maybe we were just lucky???

looks like to me one can pretty much just "wing it" down there...it's been my luck
