The time period you list isn't a real high period, so there should be plenty of vehicles around. You can either check with the tour operator or travel agent you're using for your travel arrangements and they can set you up, or you can try contacting the rental companies directly - a list is at http://www.infobonaire.com/html/transport.htm#CarPhoneList. Note that you want to ask for a Toyato HiLux Double Cab or equivalent if it's the 4-door pick-up truck you're interested in.
