Help, I want to rent a jeep for one day, Sat. March 21, staying at Divi, if you have one available please reply asap

you can actually arrange a jeep rental via the reception from Divi, they have pamphlets from rental agencies laying about and will be certainly happy to assist you.
If you are looking for a private owner renting you a jeep - I dont believe that you will be lucky - go with the rental agencies - including the rental price you will also be covered for any accidents etc.. have fun cruising!

Thanks for the advice on Divi. I sent e-mails to the various car rentals the only one courteous enough to reply was Poppy. not sure what the the others problems might be. Seem like a strange way to run a business. Never entertained the idea of a private rental. Maybe a one day rental dosen't interest the others but courtesy usually dictates a reply especially in a service based industry like car rentals. If it was my business I would have my staff check this site daily looking for post like mine. One more week till BTB see if i have any better luck on the island.

my apologies, reading your first post in this thread sounded to me like you intend to rent from a private owner of a jeep, but that is probably since I am no native english speaker. I find it odd that you did not get any response, but do not take it personal, probably they had server problems again or something like that, best is you arrange your day out in a jeep directly when you are on bonaire, way easier! No worries, things will work out to your benefit! have lots of fun on bonaire!

Thanks much for the advice Annie, I sent a rental request with relevant information to Total Rent a Car yesterday, hopefully they will reply this time, it is request #2 to them if not by Tuesday I will e-mail John.

No need to complicate matters. Hertz has a rental desk and cars, etc. at Divi. It will save a lot of time for pick and drop off of the vehicle and the cost will probably be quite competitive. You can reserve on line with Hertz ort contact Divi. Keep it simple..
