I heard "rumor" that the rental cars have moved back to the airport from their temporary location at the Plaza. Is this true?

I've just returned from again a wonderful trip to Bonaire! did rented with AB, as usual, they are still located at the Plaza Resort, together with 2 other rentals.
Taxi was waiting when we did arrive and returning the car was no problem, they did check the car quickly and did bring us to the airport.
Lady who did bring us back to the airport did tell us they will be sure staying at the Plaza in the near future.
