Greetings all, only 19 days until we are on island!

We booked a pickup through Bencho and Natasha has been very nice to deal with. When I reconfirmed with her today, she advised that they will meet us when we arrive at 5:30am Sunday morning. The following Sunday we depart on a 7am flight and they advise we should leave the truck at the airport with one door unlocked and the keys on the dash. Just curious if anyone else who has rented through Bencho can advise if this is regular procedure and if there were any problems with anything happening to the truck between when it is left at the airport and when Bencho gets it.

Ellen, Save Natasha's E-mails!!! Bring a copy of her mail with you and ask who ever meets you at the airport about it's contents!

Ellie, we have rented with Bencho several times and really like everyone who works with them. They have met us at the airport at 5am and brought vehicles to our place when we were picked up by friends. On one trip they met us at the airport at 6am on our day of departure but other times we have left the truck in the airport parking lot with the key under a mat or in the ashtray ... never a problem.

Ellie, I believe that Bencho does not have an official office at the airport. Hence, leaving the truck at the airport parking lot. You should be fine, heard good things about them.

I just did it saturday morning , keys in ashtray as directed , had to park a long ways away from the actual lot as it was full , my fingers are crossed , but when i think about it ... who would want to steal that beater anyway?
