So I know you're supposed to leave the windows down and doors unlocked and not leave anything in the car.... What do you do with your towels? Do people take those?

I have found in Bonaire that I dry so quickly after leaving the water that a towel is not needed. My swim suit and ratty tank top is dry as a bone by the time I get to the next site. Bonaire is all about minimalism; you don't need much to have a terrific time.

We leave our towels on the beach, on the rocks, hanging from a tree - whatever is there, near where we'll enter and exit - not up in our vehicle. Haven't had a problem. The fact that our beach towels are older than you are by a couple of decades may help, but they really don't look too bad from a distance.

We also take older towels with us and leave them in the truck. Never have had a problem. Once, my older Teva sandals were taken so now I take old flip flops instead.

hey guys if I shore dive and my wife stays on shore with the stuff like camera equipment etc etc I am sure she will be safe we have a back pack
or if we both snorkle a site and leave the cameras /keys license etc stuffed in a pack and hide it in the sand or bush under ground and we make the spot.. I would doubt it could get stolen ??
whats your take on all this..
what did you do with your sunglasses/keys/license etc etc ?
put it in a non wet small case and snorkle with it etc etc
we will be there for the first time in 2 weeks !
