Are they shut for the holiday ?
I have rented several times before from them & not had any problems contacting by E mail, but have not been able to make contact for over a week.

This is high season and am sure they are VERY busy. They are probably a bit backed up. Try them at 599-717-7980. Best of luck! Enjoy your trip!
