Can anyone help me with info on the Semi Sub "Boebi"? does this still operate and does anyone have contact details/website etc?

The company that operated boebi went bancrupt.
Boebi was sold to seaquarium on Curacao by the bank, couple of months ago.
I saw the boebi in seaquarium waters.
