I haven't seen this specifically addressed, but was wondering if people can comment on the best restaurants to take kids (5 & 10 years old) to and the restaurants that would be least inviting to children. Thanks!

My 5 year old would also like to know where to find the best chicken fingers on Bonaire!

I've got you covered on this one. My experts are a soon to be 6 year old boy and a 7.5 year old girl.

Here are their favorites and why:
Mango's - chicken fingers, mac & cheese plus they have a pool you can swim in between bites.
Chibi Chibi - food not as kid friendly but they do have chicken fingers. Cool part is that it is right on the water so you can fling french fries to the fish and watch them eat em up.

Other parent ideas - Old Inn Restaurant (they have kid's toys there), Kontiki (eat outside and you can walk across the street to see the bay), Coconut Crash at Plaza (on the beach for the BBQ night), City Cafe (large red parrot named Bonita to talk to), Pasa Bon Pizza for pizza - of course

Least inviting?
That's tougher. For my son, any place he has to sit down or be quiet for long is univiting. So most restaurants qualify for sitting too long. I would suggest asking your waiter to hurry with the food if possible. They are usually quite happy to serve the food quicker if they know you want or need to leave earlier.
