Does anyone know what day La Barca is closed? I looked in FAQ already - not there. Thanks!

I believe they are closed on Tuesday evenings. I love any of their fresh pastas of the day. The gnocchi are great, and I tried their eggplant parmesan (a special) once, and it was great. I vote for pastas!

Oh, and Michael, if I remember correctly, the pastas were in the range of $20.00 per person, or thereabouts.

We ate there Friday nite--our last nite on the island. Two of us had the wahoo alia mediterranea, which was a delicious BIG filet with tomatoes and black olives in a wonderful sauce; came with a little salad and roasted potato wedges. Two other people in the party had the ravioli special--one stuffed with seafood, one with ham and pork. We also had rounds of drinks and two shared desserts. Total bill was something like $100 for the 4 of us, which I think is terrific.
