Looking for the best meals on the island? Try "Unbelievables"! The Unbelievable Fish with pineapple mango salsa is super. Also highly recommend the pepper steak, a 11/2" prime NY steak that melts in the mouth. We also had great service. 15 years going to Bonaire, this is our new favorite.

My wife and I have over the years made an exhaustive study of key lime pie. In our incredibly biased opinion, the key lime pie at Unbelievable was the best ever. Her brother and his wife, who have participated with us in this exhaustive study, agreed wholeheartedly.

BTW, I agree with Bill. The food was excellent as well.

BTW II, the worst key lime pie was at the "original" key lime pie shop on Duval Street in Key West.

OMG, we had the key lime pie there last year. We went back for carry out desserts on two more nights. It's the BEST!

We had a great evening at Unbelievable. We got a tip from Renee during our snorkeltrip. Food & service are top! My wife is still refering to the wonderfull Unbelievable Fish dish. And yes, their Key Lime pie special.

Thanks also for the mosquito repellent (Off!). Is was useful.

Just finished an excellent meal at Unbelievable. We started with the Crab Bisque, so rich and creamy with huge crab pieces, and the conch fritters. You get five delicately fried crunchy on the outside and soft inside, to dip into a slightly spicy pepper sauce. The best anywhere.
Then for dinner we had wahoo, grilled, with menierre sauce, which is a delicate butter sauce. Second meal was mahi mahi, again grilled, with a garlic butter sauce. The sauces are served in small ramekins so you can dip each piece, or pour it on the whole. The fish had beautiful grill marks, was fresh and soft, but firm in texture. Perfect temperature and cooking. More notable still was the vegetables on the plate, including al dente steamed brocolli in butter, cauliflower sweet and tasty, green beans, with a hint of butter, and grilled or fried plaintains. There is even a polenta stick which is too good to be true.
Service is quick and friendly, with great suggestions. I ordered the fries with my meal, and my wife opted for rice, changed to the fries, and was directed towards curried potatos, which arrived as a platter of potato chunks cooked in a wonderful mild green curry sauce, with no heat, just great flavor.
Unfortunately, we had no room for the desserts everyone raves about, so we will be going back this week for more.

We ate at Unbelievable the other night. We have always enjoyed eating outside upstairs. It was closed due to rain earlier that day so we ate inside downstairs. It is a very lovely room but with a party of five, we found the acoustics made it difficult to hear conversation around the table. The food was very good but the experience was not as good as eating upstairs. Very good service and very good food.

Bill, without using street names: On the sea blvd.(in front of city cafee)going south past the houbor masters office. The old Dive Inn, and Donna&Gorgios place is located. At the end of the street(south)it makes a left hand turn. Make that turn, go to the next corner, and look acoss the street into the parking lot of It's Unbelievable!

The Carib Inn is way south of this place.
