Any fun Happy Hours around?

There are loads of happy hours on the island. The best source of information is the back page of the Bonaire Reporter: http://bonairereporter.com/

City Cafe is the main meeting place and offers a two for one offer on all drinks from 5.30 to 6.30.

Friday at Paradise Moon is my favorite. So is Thursday. And sometimes Mondays & Tuesdays...Wed & Sun aren't bad either... You will meet mostly Americans living here at PM. City Cafe/Havana/Mona Lisa (the downtown happy hours) will have a more Euro/resident mix. Resorts will have happy hours with music on selected days, etc; most of the people there will be other visitors + dive masters/resort staff. Local bars + Chinese restaurants, often referred to as "snacks," will have cheap beer & locals--no "happy hour" per se (no pina coladas/fancy drinks), just continuous drinking. Depends on who you want to hang out with.

Paradise Moon is a great place to go for happy hour. Nice location, great people, generous drinks.
