Made a new dining discovery this trip: Bris de Mar at Eden Beach. Super friendly chef and staff with a different concept: no menu. Chef tells you what is fresh, makes some suggestions, you tell him what you like, and...he will make it or surprise you! We were the only diners one evening, like having a personal chef and staff! We had tenderloin with creole seafood, mahi with the same, tenderloin with strawberry sauce, calamari in cream sauce, shrimp brochettes, figs with blue cheese appetizer. All delicious. (We ate there several nites. Did not mean to imply we ate that at one sitting, and waddled away). Can't beat the location, either: 2nd floor (bugless) just a few feet from the ocean, sitting in nice comfy chairs. This will be tops on our repeat list for next year.

The concept will change with new ownership..stay tuned..it will only get better

Very interesting concept. Did they just have a flat dinner fee? Reasonably priced I'm assuming?
