When we were in Bonaire in Nov 2001, we ate at Richard's. Loved the atmosphere and the food!!! I have not seen much on this board about this place. Is it still around, has it changed names?

Richards is still doing well...he has much more competition now.... follow the posts on this site for great eateries.... I'll take Blue Moon over Richards any day.

Dave I love Richards also...it is still as good as ever....and they no longer close on Mondays!

We felt it was the most romantic place that we ate while on the island and we are looking forward to going back in 2003!!!

Hmmm...Richard's was not only there in July, but he served us the best service and food we had all trip.

We loved Richard's, ate there two nights in a row. Excellent all the way around.

We love Richard's too! The meals are expensive but we feel worth it for the great service, great food and ambiance.We eat there at least twice every trip. Thre filet mignon and escargot are to die for. If you check out my profile picture, it was taken during a beautiful sunset at Richard's, another reason we love dining there!!!!
There are many other fine restaurants in Bonaire, in fact, I can't believe how many restaurants are on such a small island. The dining is yet another reason that keeps us coming back!!!
