We just enjoyed a 10-day vacation in Bonaire and without question, CASABLANCA our favorite, bar none… the food, atmosphere (with the outside, “street-side” tables for romantic quiet dinners for couples) and most importantly, the exemplary courteous service from ALL their staff (made us feel like part of their family). Had a chance to meet and chat with Gabby, the owner…a true gentleman. Their menu is very extensive as well with an array of desserts and a great cappucino. We were treated like “Royalty” and can’t wait to go back next year.

Hello - I read that Casablanca changed ownership, and the former owners ran it as an Argentinian-style restaurant. What kind of fare do they currently serve?
Thanks!

the former co -owners of Casablanca, Pablo and Ines own now Patagonia Grill at the Marina, wonderful argentinian grill and steakhouse. Never returned to Casablanca - you cant beat Pablo's skills......, well, I think.

Casablanca is just as good as always. Patagonia is also top notch, especially the rack of lamb....

We prefer the Pantagonia Grill at the Marina - great location, beautiful food well prepared. At Casablanca, you get LOTS of meat - too much, really - and the beef in particular I found was not well cut, so that it was tough. Just big chunks, to my way of thinking.

Our group had dinner at Casablanca last week, as we do every trip. I think we are going to skip them for our next trip, lots of meat, but in our groups opinion, poor quality and tough to eat.
Pantagonia was great!
