I found a Coffee Shop mentioned "Paradise Coffee" in the archives about a year ago. Are they still there? Do they sell fresh bean coffee as well a litany of lattes (I are a poet). It'd save me a pound of luggage weight if I could find some very nice dark roast beans on Bonaire

Joe, may I add that Patagonia's satelite spot on the waterfront near Karel's sells free trade coffee. I know many clients have gone to Paradise and it appeared to be open the other day. I think she took Monday off.

Yes, Pam sells a number of premium coffees with their own label - obtained from a cool little company in the states. Great breakfasts and lunches too.

I visited Paradise coffee a few times just recently and I found the coffee to be good and HOT! The two people behind the counter (I am not sure if it was Pam and Carl) were very friendly and courteous. They have a very nice sitting area both inside and out, the place was also immaculately clean. They have a very extensive coffee/drink menu.

Brassiere(sp?) Bonaire was also very nice with absolutely delicious croissant and very good latte.

I've been thinking about you and hope you are feeling better and taking lots of drugs !LOL

The kids also called it BRAzerie and wanted to know if there was an underie too!

Randy:

Paradise Coffee is on the main road into town, a block before the left turn toward Cultimara, so just go south for about 2 km and it's on your right. Upstairs from Chippie Cell Phones. Open 7 am to 2 pm (?) weekdays. Closed Sat, not sure about Sun.

Are we talking about the original location of Paradise (more or less above the Harley Rentals) or the newer location inside Papaya Moon?
