Is La Luna still in business? I found some archive postings about it but nothing recent. Where is it located?

Also, I understand that Garden Cafe closed but another restaurant opened using the same name. Is it Middle Eastern like the original?

My husband and I went to La Luna in May. It was within walking distance from the Divi, between Divi and town.

La Luna is under new owners. The used to have the Brassiere in town. The are the folks who serve the seared tuna/sashimi to die for. Garden Cafe is still open at the same location and will be for a few more weeks.

Michael, why don't you do a restaurant review?

When we were in Bonaire in March, the owner of Garden Cafe (I don't recall his name, but he's a great guy!), said he was retiring from the restaurant business in July. He said he had sold the place and was going to focus on making cactus wine as a Bonarian product and making his fantastic relish. At that time, he wasn't sure what was going to become of the building. I hate to see him retire his business for my own selfish reasons (because we love the food!), but glad for him that he is persuing another dream.

I will be arriving in Bonaire on July 26th. I hope that Garden Cafe will still be open. Sorry to see him closing.

Does La Luna still have the bar hap menu?

I will ask about the bar hap menu... I think the Bonaire Reporter had a review section at one time. I am the Editor of the Bonaire Dining Guide and am afraid any review of a restaurant would be a conflict of interest. Rajah's wife is looking for something to keep her busy so you may find a smaller version of Garden Cafe in the near future.
