Roy, Richard doesn't use the internet. Wow, I didn't think anybody didn't do that!
His phone # is 717-5263. Hope that helps... Ron

Richard is in the process of getting an e mail address...for the past year! He uses out service pretty much and I do pass on email, reservations, etc. to him. info@chatnbrowse.com
No, he does not advertise in any publications..it seems to work fine for him.

My kids recently saw one and asked "what is that"?

No ROSANNE - not that. I was so proud of my Selectric typewrite in college - this one could "erase" about 10 spaces back. DANG was it a smart machine.

YoMO! I had a selectric too! My dad bought it for me and was so proud giving it to me. Technology at it's best! :-)

I'm amazed he can still find ribbons for it. Or, knowing Richard, he's using the same one over & over, just rewinding it...
;-)

I always opt for the filet mignon that resembles a small roast. Melt in your mouth tender and flavor beyond description. But then, I'm a real carnivore.

Don't make fun of Richard. He uses a computer very well and is thinking very strongly about what his email address should be...any ideas...

That's only because he wants to buy old stuff on E-Bay. (Like typewriter ribbons.)

How's about: RichardsBonaire@..... RichardsRestaurantBonaire, RichardsSeacoastRestaurant, RichardsCarribbean...
(the last 2 names are directly from his own sign-and yes, he knows Caribbean is misspelled).

I favor his steaks too.

It's all in good fun, I remember Richard way back when from the Divi and he made me laugh the very first time I met him! I'll have to put some thought into his e-mail address...just off the top of my head how about: www.richardsislandflava.com

Ron I sent the e-mail to Micheal Gaynor mentioned your name in error. Sent a second e-mail tonight hopefully he will get one of them. We are looking for the dock table for five either Tuesday the 22nd or Wed. the 23, arriving around 8:30pm. We are staying at the Divi Flamingo arriving late on the 20th. Any help would be much appreciated. Not sure if this is the correct process but it is the only avenue available. Like RosAnne's suggestion for an e-mail address. Maybe after a week in paradise I will leave Richard my Blackberry with me firmly attached.

Thanks much, we are leaving North Bay Ont. Canada heading to Toronto tonight arriving Bonaire late tomorrow night, if possible Richard could leave a confirmation message at the Divi Flamingo in my name. Can't wait to get wet. Did a dive here yesterday, water temp 2C, went out under the ice from the dock in front of my house. Maybe I should set up a web cam, become Bonaire north. Thanks for your help.

Just a little "heads up," re: Richard's pier table-he usually doesn't take more than 4 out there. He might make an exception...

When I read your reviews of Richard's I think that my wife and I must have eaten there on his only bad night last year. The food was only fair and definitely not a restaurant I'd return to or refer someone else to.

Richard is on vacation for 3 weeks. He was on my flight from BON to ATL this past Saturday.

I agree with Bill on the place. Not bad but not good either. The cooking is very basic without much flavor.
