They are open for lunch only. There is no prepared menu; they will tell you the specials for the day. I went for the first time this week and enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere tremendously.

Loved El Fogon Latino. I have a trip upcoming in May. How far is Rincon from downtown? Anything else recommended besides the goat stew?

The fried fish at the Rose Inn is good, too. I had it with rice; it comes in a creole sauce with some salad and funchi.

The Rose Inn is right on the main road through Rincon, about 15-20 minutes from Kralendijk. They didn't have goat stew on the menu when I was there but the chicken stew was really good. Also, they really do have COLD beer.
