Everyone will be open since T Day is not a local holiday but is celebrated by everyone. Most of the resort restaurants will have a traditional meal as well as some of the other favorite spots. I will try to do a survey and find out who has what planned and post it when I have the info.

Hi Chris.

We will be there Thanksgiving week as well.

Our personal favorites based on 14 trips to Bonaire. Prices listed are what My Wife, My 14 year-old son, and myself generally spend for dinner [US $$]. We eat breakfast and lunch in room. Also, We do NOT drink alcoholic beverages. My 14 year-old son does not eat burgers and fries like the normal 14 year-old. He has surf and turf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bobby Jans's: Great Value and an absolute must on every trip. [$40]
Lion's Den: Great Food. The Bombay Duo is a must every trip. Great Seafood. [$90]. Lions Den also serves the lunch Menu all day.
Pizza: Pasa Bon OR Rum Runners. Our son loves the Tenderloins @ Rum Runners.
Den Laman's: If We do have lunch, We love the Fish sandwich here. Excellent food. Will do the lunch menu at dinner if you ask. Dinner: [$75-$90]
Rib Factory: They delivered to Sand Dollar when We just did not feel like going out. Great Ribs and Tenderloid skewers [$60]
Patagonias: They know how to run a restaurant!!!
[$75-$90]
Other favorites: Garden Cafe
We have not dined at Cappricios or Donna & Giorgios--but they are highly recommended by our friends.
Take Care

Jim

I often find myself craving the Mexican pizza at Cocos. It was fantastic.

The last time I was on Bonaire was during Thanksgiving - Rum Runners' had a turkey dinner special with all the trimmings - island style - Not sure if they are still doing it but food was great.

Hi Chris, we also go to Bonaire quite often, 2-3 times per year. Our favorite two places are Papaya Moon and Pasa Bon Pizza! We were on-island 2 weeks (Sept. 29-Oct. 14th). Both restaurants are such quality places and the owners are exceptional.

Papaya Moon's wonderful food and atmosphere are the result of Pam, Carl, Pat, and Ray, the owners, and Ray and Pat's son "Randrew." The food is absolutely delicious, from the chips and salsa to grandma's special apple pie (VERY special)! The atmosphere is great, the owners are like family (they really are), and the food is superb!
The owners/staff are really nice, they are from the Dallas, TX area!

Then there is Pasa Bon Pizza with Joe and Lisa! Ohhhh, what wonderful pizza, lasagna, calzones, and salads!!! Perfect after a long day of diving!!! Plus, the place is really cool!!! I love Joe's lava lamp! Both of these great places stay open a little later, so if you want to do a night or dusk dive you can still have a satisfying meal at these places. At Papaya Moon, Ray once told me if we were going to do a late dive, just call and them know we're going to be late (give them a specific time, so they won't stay there waiting all night) and we will be here for you! You MUST try Papaya Moon and Pasa Bon Pizza!!!!
