If you get a chance to taste local foods offered at the street fairs sometimes in Wilomena Park(sp)in town, on the seaside,or other events, stop and try the food. Sate, deep fried banana, chicken and some other things I did not understand. Very interesting and tasty. Homemade.

I love Bonairean food.

It's my main regret that we didn't try any of the food offered at the fair.... and I've got a few things on my list of "gotta do when we return!"
