I was delighted with the number of excellent restaurants in town. Papaya Moon was my favorite. It must have been good, I went back four times in a week. Till next year. Cheers. Peter Fox

We visited Papaya Moon on Tuesday last week before they closed to return to Texas. They should open again on the 21st or 22nd.

Eric, sounds like you had a great dinner at Papaya Moon. The melt-in-your-mouth grouper sounds good, but that fish(grouper)is on the endangered list for Bonaire! I hope it wasn't local...

I have talked with the Marine Park and while grouper is on the list, it is not illegal to serve it. I would strongly ask, however, that if you are told there is grouper on the menu, let the restaurant know that you are aware that it is an overfished species here and register your objection. Better yet, call Ramon at 717 8444
