Can anyone give me a list of inexpensive restraunts? We are on a strict budget and can only afford about $25-30 total for both of us for each meal. We plan on cooking for ourselves mostly but would like to eat out atleast once a day for the eight days we are there.

No matter where you eat "the catch of the day" is around$10 if I recall corectly. It's usually yellow fin tuna or wahoo and I've found it enjoyable.I think ZeeZicht near the town harbor has an inexpensive menu.

Bob, Not sure about the tuna, I remember it as always being dorado or wahoo... and ya know, I could never tell the difference (bg).

Also look for the Bar Hap (or bar meal) at many restaurants. It is usually something different everyday but at an affordable price.

Michael
Where in BON can you get the new dining guide?
We are 16 days and counting - don't think that would allow mail time.

Also, don't forget the many "snacks", including Maikey Snack in the interior. Often great local food, and often plentiful enough for leftovers!

I have no problem mailing the guide to any one. It also will be on line soon. It can also be found at the Airport Rental Car agencies, Maduro Bank, hotel front desks and all the restaurants that advertised (around 35)

Sure did. If you don't get your guide in a few days, let me know. It left here with a friend who was mailing it in the US when they arrived.
