Just had lunch at Sunrise, where the old Mangos/Baracudda Club used to be. Jos, the owner said he is starting slowly with a chalkboard menu, burgers, sates, salads, etc. My crab salad was very good and BIG. The prices are pretty reasonable and it will be interesting to watch him grow. He has a positive mind set and a great lunch. His dinner menu is the same as lunch for now, but once he has a following, I think it will be a success.

Thanks for the update Michael. Rob and I will check it out in April. We ate there twice last April as they had a very nice buffet. Guess it was Magno's or whatever it was called back then. Boy do I miss the old Green Parrot days......appreciate the update since we'll be next door at Buddy's.

Rob and Kobi in Virginia

Michael, I met Jos at ChatNBrowse, and we spoke briefly, happy to hear is open so soon. My wife kept commenting on what an adventure it must be for him to move so far to start a brand new business and with a brand new baby too boot! Happy to hear good reports from the get go.

Thanks Michael...we were upset to see the Barracuda close, thought they had a good "theme" and it was nice to stop by for a late night drink and movie.

Good luck to the new owners!

Jos needs a lot of encouragement and help with suggestions since he is new to the island and the business.

depression is setting in. I liked the Barracuda. It's right next to GRI and the buffet was great.
