Does anyone know what hours the Divi breakfast buffet is open? Our accommodation package includes buffet breakfast and 2-tank morning dives. Is it open before and/or after the scheduled morning dives? Thanks.

Deborah, I don't remember for sure what time they start serving, but I have had ample time to eat a somewhat leisurely breakfast before heading to the dock.

I believe they started serving at 7:00a.m., maybe earlier. When we had our early flight out they were setting up and I did see a few people grabbing things to eat. They are also not strict with the closing schedule, they kind of stay open as long as people are coming to eat. The breakfast is very good with lots of choices and as Kelly said, be sure to try the pancakes. There are lots of yummy fresh fruit and juices too!(many other things, and good coffee!)

I forgot to add, do NOT leave your plate on the table and go back to the buffet unless you are finished with it! The chibi chibi birds will climb on your table and eat right off the plate. It will scare the beejeezus out of you the first time they do it. [plus I am scared to death of birds.. lol]

Really great food at the buffet. A little pricey for me because I have a 3 and 6 year old. But they are willing to lower the price considerably for the kids and wife that eat only a little. The birds WILL invade but the last time I was there an iguana jumped on a lady's back and that was the first time in many trips that I had ever seen that.

Wow! That is incredible! I would have loved to have seen that Garrison. But then again, I'm weird, I love interaction with animals.

OK back on topic.. The Divi breakfast is one of the pluses of the package deals at the Divi. We really enjoy the omelets .

Breakfast at 7:00. Probably the only meal worth while, although it is usually part of the package.
