If any of you locals understand, sometimes you want to dine out and not be seen..does that make sense? It's great living on this island but often we all need a little privacy. It's been too long since Maggie and I ventured to Le Flamboyant. The back garden is so private and the wind made it so refreshing. Naomi and her colleague were amazing serving our meals. The merlot is lovely. The goat cheese salad divine. Maggie had the chicken rolls and I had the land and sea. The shrimp was lovely. The best part of the night was my flan and the baked potato..oh I love baked potatoes...and miss them where we usually get fries or rice. The gift store is creative with all kinds of cool little knic knacks. What a perfect setting for a wedding or private party. It was a nice mellow night.

Jerry and Ann, it's one of my favorites to shhhhh....lol! Just remember to bring bug spray or towelettes and wipe the legs and ankles down. Ann, I agree, the atmosphere in the outdoor garden is wonderful. I don't remember the name of the owner/manager but he always comes by the table to ask how everything is. We have always had excellent friendly service as well Oh, and they have fantastic garlic butter and bread! Last time I had the filet with blue cheese...YUM!

Jerry, dry aged tenderloin...got it....that's what I'll have next time and will report back. Do you have a wine suggestion to go with this?

Queen Grasshopper, never seen it on Bon, and if you did find it, it would cost apx $29.95 per lbs in stores, $49.95 and up, in restraints.
