The last dinner we had we had on Bonaire was at De Laman, they had just reopened last year.
It was a wonderful dinner we share with some friends and the food and view was fantastic.
Anyone been been there lately?

We were there the beginning of Feb and thought that the food was good- the mosquitos really were in force on our poor legs though.

Thanks, now that you mentioned it, I do remember the mosquitos being annoying. I will remember to bring the bug spray. Love the view.

The wife and I just got back yesterday from another trip to Bonaire and decided to eat at De Laman as we really enjoyed the food last year. This year the food was just OK - no where near as fresh or well prepared as our visits in 2005. Another major change was a rather depressing reduction in the level of service. Our second attempt to eat this year there resulted in us leaving after waiting 20 mins for someone to come take drink orders. Too bad because we also had enjoyed De Laman in the past
