We had the pleasure having dinner at the school last year in May-June for the students final grades at the Culinary school. The school teaches local young people how to work in a resurant.
Are they still offering this to the public?
It was a great expeience and the bill was very inexpensive and the food beautifully presented and prepared and servered.
Full couse meal from special drinks to dessert.

Carole,

Did you have a choice of entrees at dinner or was it just a set menu? Also, do you recall approximately what the price was? Our local community college has a rapidly-growing, very well respected culinary arts program (the kids intern at places like Disney World and work at the Kentucky Derby each year even though we're in Upstate NY). They too do lunch and dinner during most of the academic year and we have eaten there numerous times. In our travels we also have eaten at other restaurants run by culinary students, so we'll have to put this on our list for our next trip to Bonaire.
