Goat stew, beef stew, chicken stew, fried fish, grilled fish, pan fried chicken, chicken legs, a combo plate (called Jake's special), etc. Accompanied by french fries, rice, funchi, fried plantains, and various other side dishes (sometimes cole slaw, sometimes pasta salad, etc.), all following a first course of salad. This is local Antillean food, yummy.
Beer, wine, and soft drinks are available.
But Bonaire Talk night is all about the wonderful people you will meet, including BTers and Gibi himself and his family.

He operates a restaurant from his home, Scott.
Ordinarily he is closed on Wednesday, cooks at Golden Reef Inn on Monday night, and is open at home the rest of the time.
However, since he has been ill, you should phone before going there to find out if his brother and other relatives are filling in for him. 567-0655.
You're very welcome, John!
