As a bit of a curry fan (Indian rather than Chinese) I was happy to see that such a dish was on the Menu at Caribbean Club as a special.
I have to say that it was the best curry that I have had on the island. Lourdes (the cook) will make it to your taste, mild or hot.
I have been told that it will be on the menu again on Saturday the 4th, I have mine ordered already.If you are a curry fan, don't miss out...

I adore curry, but I don't eat meat. Does he curry fish, fowl or veggies? Or only meat?

I am sure that if you request it, a veggie alternative would be available. Maybe a call to Steve at Caribbean Club would be worthwhile.

Hi Tish.
I am led to believe that this coming Saturday it will be chicken curry made in an authentic Indian style. That was what I last had and it was superb.
Maybe I will see you there?
