We spent two weeks in Bonaire on first trip. We tried several restaurants that BT had recommended including, Le Flambouyant, Richards, Croccantino and Will's Tropical Grill. We had great food at all of them. Ambience was also good. All the sauces were nicely reduced and flavourful. We liked Will's the best and went twice. No problem with the service but they did serve the red wine ice cold so we sent it back. Take away from Pasa bon Pizza was tasty.

Hi Heather! Thanks for the report. We love Will's as well. I'm especially glad to see I am not the only one out here that has problems with ice cold red wine. It really takes some getting used to and I do like my reds warmer. My trick was to order the red wine as we sat down and let it warm up. Usually by the time dinner arrived, it was at a good temperature.

Most of us keep our wine refrigerated here because the option is HOT wine. It also keeps wine from going bad.
It does lose the chill quickly once removed from refrigeration.
Hey, once you move here you'll appreciate the chilling. :-)
