La Guernica is between Coco's Beach Bar and It Rains Fishes. The most noticeable thing is a sign that says "TAPAS".

Bobeljans is close to De Friewheeler.

Hi Alan! I see you are a pretty new poster, so you may not have yet been to Bonaire. Kevin is right about where they are located, however, for those of us who haven't been to Bonaire yet, La Guernica is located close to downtown, on the waterfront side going north direction. Now, when I say north direction, I would mean you are walking as driving can only be done going south on the road that is on waterfront. Bobbyjan's is further down the road across from the Napa Parts store is a good landmark if you are traveling through town going north. It is on a little side street, sign at end for Bobbyjans going towards water also going north direction. You could actually walk from La Guernica to Bobbyjans as it is not a big town. Both the road that are going through town and along waterfront run parell to one another.

Let me jump in and see if I can add to the confusion. With the understandings that published Bonaire maps differ, Bobejan's isn't in the 'phone book with an address, street signs are often missing anyway, here's my best guess about where Bobejan's and La Guernica are on the map:

This is the best map available on the web, but there's a better map published by the owner of ChatNBrowse, Michael Gaynor (if it's still available).

Bobejan's is on the side street, not on Kaya Grandi. It is between Kaya Grandi and Kaya Craane.
I think you have placed Guernica perfectly. It's where Amadeus used to be.
Thanks, David!

Thanks for the map,David! I am not so good with directions as I don't know all the names of the roads on Bonaire! I don't think I ever will. I am still calling main road north and main road south! LOL Works for me, till I have to go off that road! Then I depend on landmarks. :-)

Thanks, Pat! LOL This might take a while. I call that one the road with Lisa Gas on it! :-) Gotta love those landmarks! You should have seen me finding the paint store, what an adventure!

ok debbie, we'll have a crash course in a week or two...i'll get you to more for less and a lot of other places. it will be like a school semester...we'll study every day. the final will involve me taking you to nord di salina or some area far from LBR, pushing you out of the car and having you walk home. as the saying goes "that which doesn't kill me will make me stronger". what do you think? i'm thinking it sounds like fun...but then i'll have the car so maybe it wouldn't be as much fun on foot.

Hey Pat, I know where More for Less is already! LOL! I just don't know street names. BTW, I may think it would be best if I drive to the cams and you can ride shotgun! Note to self: Do not get into car with Pat. Think I will stick to my truck. :-)
