Folks, is there any restaurants on the island that have iguana on the menu? We've been threatening to try it for years, but haven't gotten around to it.

Iguana's are threatened with extinction, and are to be or should be saved.....

They are such special animals, Steven Spielberg took a good look at them, when starting with Jurrassic Park.......

How to make Iguana soup.

Get a knife, go find a Iguana, trap it, cut off it's tail, throw the poor Iguana into shock. Watch it bleed in pain. It's ok, it will grow back in a few years.
Bring home the tail and boil it. ENJOY.

To end the evening, why not have some turtle meat burgers?
