My favourites are:-

Rum Runners - Panko Shrimp
Japenese breaded shrimp served with wasabi, kikkoman, pickled ginger and noodles. This is a real ceremony presented Japenese style. Some idiot (Me) ate the whole wasabi in one go. Still it was a good excuse to drink a few Bright's!!!!

Lion's Den - Cajun Duo
Shrimp and Scallops Tossed in Lime Butter

I think most places do good seafood including shrimp.

Hey all you shrimp lovers, if you love sea turtles and coral reefs--don't forget to ask where those shrimp are coming from. If they are being produced in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc. in shrimp farms, they are causing severe pollution endangering mangroves and coral reefs. If they are being caught without sea turtle excluder devices, sea turtles are dying in the nets. I hate to be a bummer about such a delicious topic but since we all love the underwater life of Bonaire so much, it might be a good idea if we become more conscious consumers of the shrimp we eat. For more information, see the Sea Turtle Restoration web-site or the Monterey Bay Aquarium web-site for seafood choices that do not hurt the environment.
