Does anyone know who is on the Bonaire team at the Taste of the Caribbean competition in Miami this summer?

It's been in the Bonaire Reporter - they've been doing "practice" 3-course gourmet lunches that people buy tickets for, once a week I think, at Le Flamboyant. This week, besides talking about the upcoming lunch, they only mention that the bartender is Brad Conner from Rum Runners I think he may be a replacement for someone who had to drop out, but I'm not sure.

The Bonaire Culinary will be jamming again on the 11th and 25th of may. This time it will be dinners at Blue Moon. You can reserve tickets of which the proceeds will go to the culinary team with Sara Matera (786 9299) or Laura DeSalvo (717 8988). Your input, critique and funds are needed and appreciated. There will also be a booth on this years Taste of Bonaire festival on the 15th of may. Hope to see you all on one of these events.
