A month or so ago, someone mentioned, somewhere on this newsgroup, a "local" small restaurant in the "main street", and recommended it. Can't for the life of me remember it, but it sounded interesting. Wasn't Julio's. Said they had a small menu, but did something special each day. I remember a small place with a couple of outside tables on the left side of the main street in Playa, heading with traffic, just before Hotel Rochelaine, I think, from last year. This is?
Any comments.

We really enjoy the small more local establishments and wanted to try this. OF COURSE, I thought "that sounds interesting", then proceeded to NOT make a note for myself.

Josie, You must be thinking of Luigi's Place. Phyllis Rosenblum mentioned it in her trip report. Trip Report-Focus on snorkelers. It is located exactly where you mentioned.

Thanks, Ellen. Alan kept eyeing that place last year, but we never stopped. This year, we will!

Yeah, like we don't already have enough places to eat at for six weeks, enough snorkel sites picked out for four weeks... etc.

Next year, we have GOT to do a month again -- if Benny can stand us!

Hazel, Thanks. Don't think we can visit the reef cam (don't dive - yet!) Actually Idon't think they'll be a chance to even do the resort course I was hoping to as I still have a lot of head cold congestion. However, we LOVE snorkeling. Will try to do the street cam. We have cat food to deliver to Jake and Linda. We'll do a sign!
