Does any one know about this. Is it limited to present BT people only?

All are welcome. BTers, lurkers, friends and even buddies who think you are strange for chatting with us here on BT.

Every Tuesday night starting at 6:30pm or so
I posted a map on how to find Gibi's in another thread.

Planning on eating at Gibi's on Tuesday, Dec. 14th. I can't wait!! I was just wondering if Gibi takes US $ or just NAF?

Thanks!
Dawn

Dawn, at the restaurant he would take either. I just always pay in NAF. I assume that's the same now.

Thanks Kelly! I will plan on having some NAF when I go. I assume there is a money exchange in Bonaire?

Does anyone know if it is still NAF 21 for the meal? just wondering!

Thanks!

Yep - still NAF 21. Figure with tip and two drinks you're talking about NAF 30 or a bit more. Dollars are accepted everywhere here, for about NAF 1,75 to the dollar.

Jake

The money exchange is Bonaire is: pay in dollars, get change in NAF. The ATM's ask if you want $ or NAF, and the tellers do the same when you cash travelers checks.

Richard, I believe the only night Gibi does not serve dinner is Wednesday, so even if you can't make the BT dinner, you and your pals can still enjoy Gibi's cooking.
