Going back to Bonaire in August for trip #7, and was wondering if anyone knows what days of the week and hours of the day the following are open: Maiky Snack, Gibi's, Rose Inn and the new "snack shack" at Karpata. Also wondering if anyone has eaten at the restaurant school on the island.

Not sure about the times of the other places , but we've eaten (very well) at the restaurant school (Chez Nous) -- however, I'm not sure it'll be open in August, as it's open only when the high school is in session.

Can't speak for the others, but the Snack Shack at Karpata was closed the entire week we were there, July 24th - 31st.
