I know this has been asked before, but I can't find the thread -- where do folks go for pizza on Bonaire?

Janette if you do a word search on "pizza" you will get alot of answers.. there are great pizzas at Rum Runners but that might not be the answer you were looking for.... use the quote marks and you should get what you want.. good luck

Janette,

My husband had pizza at three different restaurants the last week of February and I tried two of them. Between Pasa Bon Pizza and Cappricios I thought Cappricios was better. He liked all of them but he also thought Cappricios was the best - the third one he tried was Donna and Giorgios.

We think the Pizza Temple at Rum Runners is the best, hey we're from New York, we know good pizza!

Capriccio's, Cozzoli's, Donna & Giorgio, Garden Cafe, Pasa Bon Pizza, Rum Runners-Pizza Temple, and now Mango's, all serve Pizza--between all of them, you can probably find pizza from 8am - 11pm.

Thanks for the information everyone, and the search tip, Freddie. No doubt that I'll find the pizza I just have to have!

Our favorite is the fresh fish pizza at Pasa Bon. It would not be a trip to Bonaire without several visits.

We had a very good Popeye pizza at Garden Cafe. Rum Runners has a thin crust that Maggie prefers. I have had good pizza at Donna and Giorgios as well. Pasa Bon has a great sausage pizza...and Capriccio's has a thin crust too...

When I head back to the US next I will indulge in my fav, Greek style..man, I miss that..

Too many choices..

No doubt about this: Pasa Bon Pizza That's the pizza !!!
One small inconvenience: Joe (haha)

Simple, great, relaxed atmosphere: just try it and see for your self.

I have to protest the unfair aspersions cast upon anyone (and I do need ANYONE) named Joe

I like the guy and he's got a great name

We just got back last night and Pasa Bon had this fish pizza (fish, pesto sauce, feta cheese, sliced tomatoes, black and green olives) that was hand down the best pizza I have had anywhere - anytime.
My other trip was at Don's so we had the RR pizza a few times and went there once this trip. Not even in the same league but was tasty.

We too just returned from Bonaire (on Saturday) and would agree with Larry. The "Catch of the Day" pizza at Pasa Bon Pizza is to die for. It is certainly on our list to do again next year when we return.

The NY Times article is not a myth. They were supposed let Joe and Lisa know when it was going to run. We are all waiting.......
