Could anyone elaborate on the menu choices at Gibi's?

Fish, Chicken, goat, wonderful veggies, french fries, and funchi to name a few tasty items.
I arrive and ask Gibi what I should be having for dinner. He tells me. I'm never disappointed.
The food is always wonderful.

I've also had there: garlic shrimps, goat liver stew, NY strip steak, as well as those named above. Always excellent -- and Gibi himself is a charmer!

If someone has a food allergy (as a friend of mine does) he'll make a real special effort to accommodate it -- even getting different oil for sauteing.

Gibi does not have a "menu" exactly...what's on the menu depends on what he wants to cook and that changes from day to day. The last menu I saw him have was hand written on a small sheet of paper....and written in Papiamentu. Special request have not been a problem for us. Our friends are vegetarians, we just call ahead and tell Gibi they are coming and he has always had a great meal special for them. I have had chicken and goat stew, both of which were very good.
