Richard's has the best filet mignon and escargot we have ever had !! We usually go twice when we are on island. Richard is from Boston, MA and his restaurant ir run quite efficiently. The prices comparable to a nice dinner in the states and you can't beat the sunsets. He is very busy and only has two seating nightly. You need to get there by 6 or 6:30 (when he opens) for the first seating, or wait til the second seating around 9 or 9:30

The beef you buy at Consales is generally from Argentina - tenderloin in different sizes - the 2/3 is mostly around Nafl 23 the kilo

Darlene, perfect and very accurate info.. I too would recommend Richards for steaks... my partner (being the adorable American that he is), knows a good steak when he sees one, and he sure does finish off his "Richards" steaks...
