Hey- this might sound like a strange question- but I have to ask- do you need to tow a diver down flag in Bonaire?- I was wondering whether to bring mine or not?

Also- do divers who fly usually bring their own weights or just use house ones?- I am sort of attatched to my shot lead weights, but didn't know if it was worth the extra luggage weight. Any thoughts?

The only time we use diver towed flags is when we are doing an underwater cleanup in the harbor area.

By Marine Park Rules, boats must stay away from the light blue water and away from the dive moorings unless they are tying up at them.

Due to weight, most people use the dive shops weights.

I usually only bring two 1# weighted shot bags for "fine tuning".
