Does anyone know if frogfish or seahorses can change color or are they born the color they are. Thanks. I'll be there in one month. If anyone knows of any locations of either frogfish or seahorses recently and would like share, that'd be great!

They can change their color. They can grow stuff on themselves. They are sneaky little guys. Look for the seahorse tail, and look for the frogfish spots.
There are hundreds of them out there laughing at us.
Best advice? Look in the early morning.

If you are doing any boat dives, ask the dive guides if there are any frogfish or seahorses at the sites listed for the day. They will be more than happy to answer any questions and show you what there is to see at any site.
